Border treaty between Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan signed

The presidents of Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan have ended negotiations in a narrow format the day before. Kazakh media reported.

Sooronbai Jeenbekov called the agreement on the demarcation of the Kazakh-Kyrgyz state border signed in Akorda and the agreement on the regime of the state border of the two countries historical. «Thus, we have completed the legal registration of the state border between our two countries. I am convinced that this will contribute to the fact that our borders will be the gateway of trust, good-neighborliness and mutually beneficial cooperation,» the Kyrgyz president said.
