Negotiations with Elena Nagornaya ceased

The State Property Management Fund of Kyrgyzstan ended negotiations with Elena Nagornaya. Press service of the agency reported.

It is noted that today the process of negotiations on the sale of Alfa Telecom CJSC to Russian citizen Elena Nagornaya is terminated because the parties failed to achieve mutually acceptable terms of sale.

Elena Nagornaya is a business lady from Russia. She became the only one who responded to the offer to buy a cellular company. Earlier it was reported that Elena Nagornaya, after initial negotiations in Bishkek, turned to her lawyers for consultations.

Earlier MegaCom was repeatedly put up for auction, but none of the investors showed interest in purchase.
