Elections 2017. Preliminary results to appear within 1.5 hours

Preliminary results of 2017 elections in Kyrgyzstan will appear within 1.5 hours. Chairwoman of the Central Election Commission Nurzhan Shayldabekova told today at a parliament session.

According to her, the results of the voting will go directly to the central server without contact. «Preliminary results of voting will be received within 1.5 hours, except for those polling stations without Internet,» the head of CEC said.

«Automatically reading ballot boxes will be connected to the Internet only after voting,» Nurzhan Shayldabekova added.

The presidential elections are scheduled for October 15, 2017.
