Supreme Court of Kyrgyzstan clarifies information about detained sniper

The Supreme Court of Kyrgyzstan clarified information about the detention of a woman in the court building.

According to it, on September 8 at approximately 1.00 pm, when checking the citizens entering the courthouse, 7.62 caliber ammunition for Dragunov sniper riffle was found in the bag of one of the visitors with a passport of the Russian Federation. The woman was detained by soldiers of the National Guard, guarding the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic. The woman was handed over to the staff of the relevant structures.

«Previously, the detainee came to the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic to participate in the trial as one of the parties. On September 8, 2017, the woman came to get a judicial act. As for the ammunition found, the woman said that she was wearing it as a mascot, not having an aim to use it,» the report said.

It was also found out that the woman has the 3^rd group of disability.

The day before, it was reported that a sniper from Donbass was detained in Bishkek when trying to enter the court building.
