Adviser to Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan appointed

Esenkul Momunkulov was appointed adviser to the Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan. This was reported by the Information Support Department of the Government.

According to it, Esenkul Momunkulov was born in 1978. He graduated from Heidelberg University in Germany, was a research scientist at the University of Minnesota, USA.

Previously, he held the position of an expert in the department of organizational and inspection work and territorial management in the government of the Kyrgyz Republic. Worked as an inspector of state and territorial management and personnel work in the office of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.

In 2015 he was a public adviser to the head of the government office.

Recently, Esenkul Momunkulov was engaged in various investment projects.

Earlier Talant Sultanov became an adviser to the prime minister.
