Another adviser to Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan appointed

Gulnura Toralieva was appointed Adviser to the Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan. Information Support Department of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.

Gulnura Toralieva was born on June 8, 1984 in Bishkek. In 2006 she graduated from the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University, Faculty of International Relations, in 2010 — City University London. In 2013 she received her PhD at the Russian Academy of Sciences.

As the department informed, Gulnura Toralieva, the Adviser to the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic, will supervise the issues of the government’s information policy, the development and implementation of Open Data, Open Government programs, public relations, including the international and non-governmental organizations, public supervisory boards, as well as other programs in the field of openness and transparency of state bodies.

Recall, since August, Gulnura Toralieva was the head of the government’s press service.
