Presidential candidate Temir Sariev was fined for not using a seat belt when he came to Kyrgyztest building on July 26 to take state language exam. Patrol Police Department of the Bishkek Central Internal Affairs Department reported.
The ex-prime minister also parked in the wrong place. Temir Sariev paid a fine of 1,000 soms.
Nomination of candidates for participation in the presidential election campaign ended the day before. 59 people submitted applications to CEC.
