Deputy chairman of Committee on Social Issues, Education and Science appointed

Deputies of the Parliament elected the deputy chairman of the Committee on Social Issues, Education, Science, Culture and Health — Almazbek Toktorov from Kyrgyzstan faction.

Recall, on November 23, the Chairwoman of the committee was the representative of SDPK Gulkan Moldobekova. Voting was held secretly, by ballots.

The deputy of the previous Chairman of the committee Sadyk Sher-Niyaz was a deputy from the SDPK faction Zhanar Akaev. However, after the appointment of the chairwoman of the committee Gulkan Moldobekova, Zhanar Akaev resigned with reference to the regulations.

77 deputies voted for the candidacy of Almazbek Toktorov.
