This must be done in conditions of a deficit of own energy resources and constantly rising prices for imported hydrocarbons. The projected electricity deficit in 2017 will be 3 billion kilowatt-hours. In this regard, it is necessary to take measures to promote energy conservation policies in all sectors of the economy of the country.
