Prosecutor General's Office constantly in contact with Belize state bodies

The Prosecutor General’s Office of Kyrgyzstan is constantly officially corresponding with the state bodies of Belize. This was announced today at a meeting of the parliamentary committee, which considers the report of the Prosecutor General of Kyrgyzstan for 2016.

The deputy from Ata Meken Almambet Shykmamatov raised Belizegate issue.

«Six months have passed in this case. You should officially say — it happened, it was initiated, three persons were brought to responsibility or it was not proved," the PM recommended.

«At present, the Prosecutor General’s Office’s request is being considered, there is still no response. As soon as the material arrives, we will make a decision in accordance with the law," Prosecutor General Indira Dzoldubaeva reported.
