Reconstruction of Chon-Kapka checkpoint on Kyrgyz-Kazakh border completed

A comprehensive reconstruction of Chon-Kapka-Avtodorozhny checkpoint in Manas district of Talas region has been completed. The State Border Service of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.

According to the service, the reconstruction was carried out to increase its throughput capacity.

Conditions for crossing the state border for citizens, vehicles, and cargo, and modern infrastructure for regulatory agencies has been created at the checkpoint. The total cost of the project was approximately 70 million soms.
