Water supply to be suspended for 6 hours in Bishkek’s Ai-Kol residential area

The supply of drinking water in the capital’s residential area will be temporarily suspended on November 13. Bishkekvodokanal municipal enterprise reported.

Water will be shut off in Ai-Kol residential area from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Residential buildings, schools, kindergartens, medical, as well as social and industrial facilities will be left without water.

The outage is due to repair work at Severny water intake facility in Lebedinovka and on the city’s water supply networks.

Bishkekvodokanal asks residents and businesses to stock up on drinking water in advance and apologizes for the inconvenience.
