The Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan, Akylbek Japarov, announced the upcoming colossal changes in the country at the National Development Forum today, November 4.
According to him, they will require joint efforts of the state, society, business and international partners.
«The social sphere is receiving support from our international development partners. Today I have a meeting with Asian Development Bank Vice-President Yingming Yang, where a framework agreement on financing in the amount of $222 million will be signed,» Japarov said.
He also noted that the signing and ratification of the framework agreement will reduce the implementation period of ADB projects from 284 to 95 days.
«Similar steps are being taken with other international partners, such as the Economic Development Cooperation Fund and the World Bank,» he added.
