Bishkek City Hall launches electric cars to new bus station

Bishkek City Hall has launched electric cars service to temporary bus stations located on the outskirts of the city. Vice Mayor Zhamalbek Yrsaliev reported.

The cost of the service is 75 soms.

Zhamalbek Yrsaliev apologized to the city residents and guests of the capital for the inconvenience and said that the municipality has been improving the infrastructure at the temporary bus stations every day.

Recall, the Western Bus Station, including Akzhol mini-bus station, completely stopped working on October 23. They were moved to the new temporary bus station of Bishkek Bus Station municipal enterprise on Alma-Atinskaya Street. Bus running to Issyk-Kul and Naryn depart from there now.

The departure points of the routes to Osh, Batken, Jalal-Abad and Talas have been moved to a site near Ak-Kula hippodrome in Voenno-Antonovka.

Chief of Staff of the President Kanybek Tumanbayev published a draft design of a new bus station, the construction of which the authorities promise to complete next year.
