Criminal group forges documents in collusion with Unaa employees

Employees of the capital’s police detained three men engaged in forgery of documents in collusion with employees of Unaa state institution. The press service of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of Bishkek reported.

The police received information that three men created a criminal group and forged documents using seals of officials and counterfeit government forms for the execution of legal documents related to movable and immovable property, documents confirming the right to drive a car. In addition, they made powers of attorney for immovable and movable property, creating a corruption scheme together with representatives of Unaa state institution.

A case was opened under the articles «Forgery of documents» and «Creation of a criminal group or participation in it» of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The officers went to Batken region to obtain information from witnesses on the facts, where the suspects were identified. They turned out to be 40-year-old Kh.A., 25-year-old K.M. and 24-year-old M.Z.

They were detained and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of the capital. The case was sent to court for consideration on the merits. During the search of the home and place of work of one of the men, money, computer equipment and cell phones were found.
