At least 37 projects were financed in Issyk-Kul region through incentive grants for a total of 32.2 million soms in 2024. The Ministry of Finance of Kyrgyzstan reported.
The funds were distributed as follows:
- Issyk-Kul district: 4 million soms for eight facilities;
- Tyup district: 11.8 million for ten facilities;
- Ak-Suu district: 11.6 million for ten facilities;
- Balykchy: 2.1 million for three facilities;
- Karakol: 2.7 million for six facilities.
Among them:
- 11 schools received 8.1 million soms;
- 2 healthcare institutions — 2.9 million;
- 7 engineering and communications infrastructure facilities were financed for 9.6 million;
- 2 sports facilities received 900,000;
- 7 cultural sites — 6.2 million;
- 8 kindergartens — 4.5 million.
These projects are aimed at developing social infrastructure and improving the quality of life in the region.
