A destructive mudflow occurred in Nookat district of Osh region of Kyrgyzstan at about 4.10 p.m. on June 28. The press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations informed 24.kg news agency.
Due to heavy rains, mudflows flooded ten courtyards and damaged two bridges in Abshir-Ata village. At least 15 households and a local school were damaged in Teskei-Kozhoke village. Mudflows swept away a car and a bridge in Kara-Bulak village.
In Tazhy-Kyshtak village, the mudflow flooded seven courtyards and several sheds.
According to the ministry, the bridge on Osh-Razzakov road was also damaged.
According to preliminary information, there are human casualties.
