The Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy of Kyrgyzstan has developed a regulation on a youth movement of the Kyrgyz Republic. The draft decree on its approval was submitted for public discussion.
As the background statement says, the regulation establishes the legal status, objectives, organizational basis of activity, as well as the order of formation and organization of the youth movement.
The draft regulation stipulates that the youth movement carries out its activities with formation of a legal entity in the form of a non-profit organization.
The draft resolution also includes norms that the movement interacts with an authorized state body in the field of youth policy on issues of execution and implementation of state programs, concepts and other strategic documents in the field of youth policy. The youth movement is obliged to submit the necessary information and reports on its activities at the request of the authorized state body.
