At least 2,728 patients with stage 5 chronic renal failure receive hemodialysis in Kyrgyzstan. The Ministry of Health reported.
According to it, 170,500 hemodialysis procedures were performed in the first half of the year, 1,082 billion soms were allocated from the republican budget for this.
The ministry added that there has been no queue of patients for receiving hemodialysis through budgetary program since 2022.
The Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund pays organizations 6,500 soms, regardless of ownership, for each hemodialysis procedure.
