Young scientists from Kyrgyzstan have the opportunity to take part in the excavations of ancient marine reptiles in Orenburg Oblast of Russia. The Russian House in Bishkek reported on social media.
From July 10 to July 21, the Russian Geographical Society is holding a youth paleontological scientific camp «Cretaceous Park in the Southern Urals». Scientists from 25 to 35 years old are invited to participate in the excavations in the following areas: geography, geology, biology, ecology, paleontology and related sciences, as well as enthusiasts whose interests are related to research activities in these areas.
To apply, it is necessary to fill out the questionnaires and send them with a package of documents to e-mail kirgizia_bishkek@rs.gov.ru by June 12.
Candidates who successfully pass the selection will be allocated money for air travel, accommodation and meals as part of New Generation program.
