The Minister of Labour, Social Security and Migration of Kyrgyzstan Kudaibergen Bazarbaev discussed cooperation issues with representatives of Yandex company — Director of the Strategic Projects Department Pyotr Didenko and head of the Staff Recruitment Department Natalia Moskvitina. The main topic of the meeting was the legal employment of Kyrgyzstanis in Russia, practical steps for the comprehensive development and expansion of cooperation between the ministry and the company in the long term.
According to Kudaibergen Bazarbaev, in its migration policy Kyrgyzstan is committed to the documents of the EAEU on the development of a single labor market and organized recruitment for the employment of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic at the backbone enterprises of the Russian Federation.
«The Ministry has developed an interactive web portal «Employment», which is integrated with the automated information search system «Work without Borders» of the EAEU countries, which allows to search for legal employment in Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Armenia. At the same time, the ministry works directly with many large employers to ensure the legal employment of our compatriots. Considering that Yandex.Taxi employs a large number of labor migrants from the Kyrgyz Republic, we are interested in strengthening and expanding cooperation, especially since the Kyrgyzstanis have proven themselves to be good workers. We often see in the media examples of honest and responsible behavior of our taxi drivers,» he said.
Representatives of the company also noted a high proportion of qualified and conscientious drivers from among the Kyrgyzstanis working for taxi companies in the Russian Federation.
