Ivan Reshetnikov, a student of the 11th grade of the Tokmak Lyceum named after Balasagyn, won a bronze medal at the 57th International Mendeleev Chemistry Olympiad for schoolchildren. Press service of the Ministry of Education and Science of Kyrgyzstan reported.
The Chemistry Olympiad was held in Astana (Kazakhstan). It was attended by six students from Kyrgyzstan.
The International Mendeleev Olympiad is a competition in chemistry, which is held annually among schoolchildren from a number of countries of the CIS, the Baltic States and South-Eastern Europe.
