Russia will allow entry to citizens of Armenia and Kyrgyzstan from third countries. The official portal of legal information says.
The corresponding amendments to the acts of the Government were signed by its head Mikhail Mishustin.
Previously, Kyrgyzstanis staying in third countries could not enter Russia due to restrictions associated with the COVID-19 pandemic. To cross the border of the Russian Federation, they had to have convincing reasons, for example, education, work, treatment.
