Procedure of crossing the border of Kyrgyzstan with Tajikistan and Kazakhstan should be simplified. Deputy Suyunbek Omurzakov said at a parliamentary meeting.
According to him, Batken, Osh and Jalal-Abad regions border on Tajikistan, while Chui and Talas regions border on Kazakhstan. The border guards of neighboring countries demand documents from our citizens from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic to cross the border.
«Our citizens apply to the Foreign Ministry, they give instructions, and then, if the border guards of neighboring countries allow, then the Kyrgyzstanis cross the border. It is necessary to simplify this procedure and facilitate the border crossing,» Suyunbek Omurzakov said.
