The national women’s wrestling team of Kyrgyzstan entered the top 5 most successful team performances in 2021. The United World Wrestling reports.
The team took the fourth place.
«Kyrgyzstan’s women’s wrestling team has been on a meteoric rise to the top of wrestling’s world stage since Aisuluu Tynybekova’s emergence in 2017. This year, their team continue to defy odds, having a trio of medalists at the World Championships — including two gold-medal winners,» the UWW says.
The top team performance of 2021 went to Japan, Russia took the second place, Ukraine — the third.
