Officer of a Rapid Response Team who fired into the air was detained in Bishkek. Press service of the Internal Affairs Department of Leninsky district of the capital reported.
The fact was registered under the article «Shooting in populated area».
«19-year-old man was taken to the police station. It was established that the young man fired into the air on November 12 at the intersection of Chui Ave. and Turusbekov St.,» the Internal Affairs Department reported.
