Chairman of the State Service for Regulation and Supervision over the Financial Market was appointed in Kyrgyzstan. The order was signed by the Prime Minister Mukhammedkaly Abylgaziev.
Arzybek Kozhoshev became the new head of the service. Since March, he has worked as the Minister of the Eurasian Economic Commission instead of Mukay Kadyrkulov. Prior to that, he headed the Ministry of Economy and was a Deputy Minister of Finance.
Former head of the state service Sanzhar Mukanbetov became the Minister of Economy in May 2019. Since that time, the post of the head of the State Financial Supervision Service has been vacant. This ultimately led to the fact that companies of Kyrgyzstan could not issue securities.
