«According to preliminary data, the moderator was previously warned about the inadmissibility of interethnic publications. However, the posts on the page did not stop, and therefore he was detained,» the sources said.

According to it, A.Zh. distributed publications on social media that contained deliberately false and provocative information, discrediting the current government, and called for disobedience and organization of mass protests, which divided users into opposing groups, provoked mutual insulting comments.
