Russia accounts for more than 90 percent of remittances — $ 338.3 million.
USA take the second place in terms of money transfers with $ 4.3 million. Other countries transferred other $ 1.9 million to Kyrgyzstan.
In January-February 2019, there was also an outflow of funds of $ 74.8 million. The main share of the money was transferred to Russia — $ 74.3 million.
Thus, the net inflow of remittances in January-February 2019 to the republic amounted to $ 269.8 million.
In 2018, the inflow of remittances to the republic amounted to $ 2,685.3 billion. At least $ 542.2 million were transferred from Kyrgyzstan to other states. Net inflow of remittances into the country amounted to $2,143.1 billion.
