Almost 4 kg of heroin confiscated from Kyrgyzstani

Almost 4 kilograms of heroin were confiscated from a man in Kyrgyzstan. Press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.

According to it, on August 8, officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs detained a 40-year-old native of Osh region who was suspected of involvement in the illegal storage and sale of drugs.

During a personal search, police officers in the presence of witnesses found and seized a bundle with 3.7 kilograms of heroin.

A criminal case was opened. The detainee was placed in pretrial detention center.
