Since the beginning of the year, the State Tax Service of Kyrgyzstan has issued more than 17,000 insurance certificates (25.7 million soms), the press service of the agency reported.
It is noted that insurance certificates are issued within the framework of a pilot project in the Department of the State Tax Service for Oktyabrsky district of Bishkek and Sokuluk district of Chui region. In other parts of the republic, the Social Fund issues the insurance certificates.
The essence of the project is the transfer of tax administration functions on the administration of insurance premiums. In practice, this means that when taxes are paid, contributions to the Social Fund are obligatory.
In addition to insurance certificates, two departments of the State Tax Service also issued 1,045 receipts to farms (by 1.6 million soms) and accepted more than 27,000 paysheets (at 646.8 million).
At the same time, according to the results of 2016, the State Tax Service sold 64,248 insurance certificates (at 69.6 million soms), 54,627 paysheets for state social insurance (at 1, 403.3 million), and issued 1,700 receipts to farms (2.7 million soms).
