Center for abandoned children opened in Osh city

Center for the temporary stay of children in a difficult life situation, left without parental care, was opened in Osh city. Press service of the mayor’s office of the southern capital reported.

The center «Umut shoolasy» is designed for simultaneous stay of six children for up to five days. During this time, the relevant social services will decide whether to send children to boarding homes and rehabilitation services or to return them to their parents.

The Youth Affairs Committee under Osh mayor’s office will organize excursions to museums and parks of the city during these five days.
