Sadyr Japarov awards diplomatic ranks to several officials

President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov took part in a state awards ceremony in Cholpon-Ata, Issyk-Kul region.

As reported earlier, Sadyr Japarov honored diplomats and aviation professionals who made a significant contribution to strengthening Kyrgyzstan’s position on the international stage. He noted that the Kyrgyz Republic has achieved remarkable diplomatic successes throughout its history of independence and has become the author of a historic development that attracted broad international attention.

Kyrgyzstan was elected for the first time as a non-permanent member of the United Nations Security Council for 2027–2028 and was removed from the European Union’s aviation blacklist after more than 20 years of restrictions.

In addition to state awards, the head of state conferred diplomatic ranks on several officials.

The diplomatic rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic was awarded to:

  • Azamat Kadyraliev, Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration and Head of the Department for Preparing Decisions of the President and the Cabinet of Ministers.

The diplomatic rank of Envoy Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic was awarded to:

  • Nursultan Usubaliev, Assistant to the President of the Kyrgyz Republic;
  • Davron Almazbekov, Head of the Protocol Service of the Presidential Administration;
  • Zhyldyz Kozhobekova, Director of the Legal Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
  • Zhumakadyr uulu Seytek, Director of the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
  • Melis Mamadaliev, Director of the Department of International Organizations and Security of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
  • Chyngyz Kustebaev, Head of the Human Resources Policy Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
  • Aidai Omurkulova, Minister-Counselor at the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Russia.
