Kyrgyzstan extradited a foreign national who was on the international wanted list to France. According to the Prosecutor General’s Office, the extradition was carried out in accordance with Kyrgyzstan’s international obligations under the UN Convention against Transnational Organized Crime and based on the principle of reciprocity.
The Prosecutor General’s Office noted that the extradition was made possible thanks to the joint work of the agency and the National Central Bureau of Interpol of Kyrgyzstan.
The supervisory body emphasized that Kyrgyzstan will continue to expand international cooperation in the search and extradition of fugitives.
