Prices for public services rise in Kyrgyzstan

Tariffs for several public services in Kyrgyzstan, including issuance of passports, certificates, and other official documents, have been increased, the press service of Kyzmat state institution reported.

According to the agency, starting January 1, 2026, Kyzmat switched to a self-financing model and no longer receives funding from the national budget. As a result, tariffs for issuance of passports, certificates, and other government services have been revised and raised.

The agency notes that it is actively transitioning services to an electronic format, implementing new technologies and service standards to make document acquisition faster and more accessible.
