Talgat Umetaliev has been appointed Deputy Minister of Transport and Communications of Kyrgyzstan.
The corresponding order was signed by Adylbek Kasymaliev, Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Talgat Umetaliev previously served as Deputy Chairman of the Financial and Credit Fund under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic.
