According to him, the Cabinet of Ministers works to unlock the potential of each citizen.
«While some countries rely on their natural resources and develop based on this, our wealth is the human capital of our multinational population. The President of the country instructed to unlock the potential of each citizen so that everyone could get an education, improve their health, increase number of jobs, and support various initiatives,» he said.
Akylbek Japarov noted that under the leadership of the President, the Cabinet of Ministers was able to pull the country out of a deep crisis.
«Over the course of four years, the team led by Sadyr Japarov pulled the country out of a deep crisis and managed to put it on the path of sustainable development, no one can doubt this,» the head of the Cabinet of Ministers emphasized.
