Six adherents of the religious extremist movement Yakyn Inkar were detained in Jalal-Abad city and in Suzak district. The press center of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic (SCNS) reported.
According to it, more than a kilogram of drugs was confiscated from one of them during a search.
«As part of a criminal case, SCNS officers detained six adherents of the religious extremist movement Yakyn Inkar, banned in Kyrgyzstan. They actively promoted extremist ideology in Jalal-Abad city and Suzak district,» the statement says.
