The composition of the Board of Directors of Electric Stations JSC has been changed. The website of the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange reports.
A meeting of shareholders, who elected new management, took place at the company. According to the decision adopted, the following people were elected to the Board of Directors of Electric Stations JSC:
- Dzhyldyz Dzholdoshbaev;
- Farkhat Iminov;
- Kuban Myrzakanov;
- Alymbek Baimuratov;
- Almazbek Boitoev.
Previously, the Board of Directors of the company included Bakyrdin Sartkaziev, Tursunbek Chyngyshev, Maksatbek Sulaimanov and Taalaibek Bektenov. Their powers were prematurely terminated.
