According to the results of the third quarter of this year, the minimum subsistence level in Kyrgyzstan reached 7,756.46 soms. The National Statistical Committee provided such data.
This is 79 soms more than the level of the first half of 2023 and 578 soms more than the level of 2022.
The food basket takes the main part in the structure of the minimum subsistence level — 65 percent.
The minimum subsistence level for the working age population is 8,671.54 soms, pensioners — 6,878.74 soms, children — 6,598.05 soms.
The highest minimum subsistence level is in Bishkek — 8,068.58 soms, and the lowest — in Talas region (7,202.57 soms).
