State Development Bank OJSC placed the fourth additional issue of shares to increase its authorized capital. The Kyrgyz Stock Exchange reported.
A total of 4,590,603 shares with par value of 1,000 soms each were placed. As a result, the authorized capital increased by 4.5 billion soms — up to 16,590.6 million.
All shares of the bank to date belong to the State Property Management Agency.
In early August, the State Development Bank also increased its capital from 2 to 7 billion soms, and then by 5 billion soms to 12 billion soms.
