The document was published on the portal for the creation and discussion of digital bills. You need to register to make your suggestions. In the near future it will also be posted on the website of the Ministry of Justice.
It is noted that the draft Digital Code is the result of a large-scale analysis of the branches of the legislation of Kyrgyzstan and study of the best world practices in regulating the digital environment. Adoption of the draft code, which unites legal regulation and systematization of all technological legislation, will create a favorable regulatory legal environment that will lay the foundation for the development of the digital economy in Kyrgyzstan.
«Results of the successful implementation of this task will have a positive impact on economic growth rates, improve the provision of services by the state and the private sector, and lead to the creation of a more favorable investment climate,» the ministry said.
