Artists of Kyrgyz Opera and Ballet Theater perform in Yekaterinburg

With the support of the Consulate General of Kyrgyzstan in Yekaterinburg, the capital of the Urals hosted a performance by the creative team of the Kyrgyz National Academic Opera and Ballet Theater named after Abdylas Maldybaev on the occasion of the 95^th anniversary of the writer Chingiz Aitmatov. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.

The audience saw excerpts from performances based on the works of Kyrgyz, Russian and foreign classics performed by recognized masters and young talents of the Kyrgyz ballet art.

The performance of Kyrgyz artists was attended by representatives of the government of Sverdlovsk Oblast, the administration of Yekaterinburg, foreign consular offices, higher and secondary educational institutions, public and national cultural organizations, as well as compatriots living in the region.
