Fact of abuse of official position by an employee of the regional tax service was revealed in Kemin district. Press center of the State Committee for National Security reported.
The tax official illegally wrote off recognized tax liabilities. He made adjustments in the taxpayer’s personal account card on previously accrued taxes for 134 million soms.
«Head of the department of the State Tax service for Kemin district T.N. in collusion with representatives of M.Kh. LLC entered the system under someone else’s login and password and unreasonably wrote off the company’s existing tax debt in the STS database. The involvement of the suspect in other similar facts is being established, the issue of bringing him to criminal responsibility is being considered,» the state committee said.
