According to it, Karakol river froze in Kopuro-Bazar village, creating a danger of flooding of nearby houses and gardens. In this regard, the chairman of the regional commission on civil protection, the head of the district, together with the employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, after examining the situation, decided to bring in the forces of the regional civil protection.
An emergency situation has been declared to stabilize the situation in Talas district.
Relevant services and special equipment are working on site, the representative office of the Red Crescent provides assistance to workers and provides them with hot meals.
