Council of Judges asks President to dismiss heads of two district courts

The Council of Judges recommended the President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov to dismiss the judges of the Ton and Leninsky District Courts. Website of the Council says.

On the basis of the conclusion of the disciplinary commission, the Council of Judges satisfied the proposal of the Chairman of the Supreme Court Zamirbek Bazarbekov to take measures against the former chairman of the Toguz-Toro District Court of Jalal-Abad region, and now the Chairman of the Ton District Court of Issyk-Kul region Nimatilla Karimbekov and a Judge of the Leninsky District Court of Bishkek Jamila Turazhanova .

The Council of Judges recommended the head of state to release them from their positions ahead of schedule.

Earlier it was reported that the head of the Ton District Court, Nimatilla Karimbekov, came to work drunk and did not fulfill his duties conscientiously.

The Council noted that a disciplinary sanction in the form of a warning was applied to the judge of the Pervomaisky District Court of the capital Nurdin Ibraimov and the judge of the Kemin District Court of Chui region Amanbek Tolonbaev.

Gulmira Bapanova, chairperson of the Kara-Buura District Court of Talas region, was reprimanded.
