Firearms and ammunition cache found in Kara-Suu district

A cache of firearms and ammunition was found in Kara-Suu district of Kyrgyzstan. Press center of the State Committee for National Security reported.

Earlier, security services received information that in early June unidentified persons hid a bag with firearms in Kara-Suu district.

«The weapons were allegedly intended for robbery and armed attacks on entrepreneurs. As a result, the cache was found in Toloikon village, Kara-Suu district. The bag contained a sawed-off shotgun, a revolver with erased identification numbers, 13 cartridges of various calibers,» the state committee said.
