Supporters of the candidate for deputy from Leninsky single-mandate constituency No. 26 Ravshan Dzhenbekov hold a rally near the Pervomaisky District Court in Bishkek.
More than ten people came out to support the detained politician. They demand his release for debates and give him an opportunity to use free airtime, which is provided to the candidate for the mandate.
Earlier, his lawyer Zamir Zhooshev sent a corresponding petition to the Pervomaisky District Court of Bishkek.
Elections are scheduled for November 28 in Kyrgyzstan. At least 54 deputies of the Parliament are elected according to a proportional system (from open lists of candidates of political parties) in single electoral districts, 36 deputies are elected according to the majoritarian system in single-mandate constituencies.
