A soldier of SCTO Kant airbase, who struck and killed a woman in Lebedinovka village, was sentenced to two years in prison on probation. Lawyer Ikramidin Aitkulov told 24.kg news agency.
According to him, this decision was made by the Military Court of Russia.
«The judges of the Military Court held a visiting hearing. The soldier paid the full compensation to the injured party. The court found him guilty and deprived of the right to drive a vehicle for two years,» Ikramidin Aitkulov told.
Recall, on August 27, 2018, a soldier of Kant airbase hit a mother and a child by car in Lebedinovka village, Chui region. The woman died on the way to hospital, and a three-year-old child was seriously injured.
