No one reregistered the Social Democratic Party of Kyrgyzstan. The Ministry of Justice informed 24.kg news agency.
The ministry was only notified of the change of the head, composition of the Political Council and location of Social Democratic Party of Kyrgyzstan by Sagynbek Abdrakhmanov.
«The ministry did not receive documents on re-registration of the Social Democratic Party of Kyrgyzstan. An extract from the minutes of the 18th Congress of the party and a copy of the passport of its new leader Sagynbek Abdrakhmanov are attached to the notification of the change of its leader. By law, a legal entity, a branch (representative office) must within 30 calendar days from the date of the decision to notify the registering body about changes in the composition of the governing body, manager, location (legal address),» the Ministry of Justice commented.
The ministry noted that the notification implies that the applicant is legally responsible for the correctness and accuracy of the information in the submitted documents.
«In such cases, the registering body, having received a notification, within seven working days enters the necessary information in the state register and notifies the relevant state bodies about it, what the Ministry of Justice has done,» the ministry explained.
